"Chuck Colson says attacks in America against Christianity are increasing in scope, frequency, and intensity. Christians, he says, must be ready to defend a biblical worldview in an anti-Christian society.
Colson believes most Christians cannot defend their faith because the church no longer puts a premium on the defense of biblical truth. "We privatize the faith," he says. "We don't care so much any longer about truth, as we do about therapy.
Colson made his comments during an interview with OneNewsNow at the recent Southern Baptist Convention Annual Meeting in San Antonio. He has just released a Bible study on the Christian worldview with Pastor Rick Warren titled Wide Angle."
